The subject of the procurement procedure is technical consulting services for the procurement of S-Bahn vehicles, including the technical preparation and execution of the procurement procedure "Vehicle Procurement/Manufacturing BR 491 (Project Name)" addressing the questions of technical specifications and equipment of the vehicles, number of vehicles (vehicle requirement 112 vehicles + X, number of option vehicles), scope of the tender (basic scope: conception, development, construction, and delivery of the vehicles). Based on existing documents, a requirements specification for vehicle manufacturing and optional requirements for maintenance will be developed.
