Acquisition of IT hardware and software equipment for the implementation of the project titled 'Digitalization SAJ Galati' in the quantities and conditions provided in the specifications. In accordance with art. 160 para. (2) of Law no. 98/2016 regarding public procurement (as amended by Government Emergency Ordinance no. 107/2017), combined with the provisions of art. 27 of Government Decision no. 395/2016, the contracting authority will respond to requests for clarifications (if these have been received in due time), on the 12th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers in the Participation Announcement. The number of days until clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers: 18 days.
