Klinikum Mittelbaden gGmbH, with its locations in Baden-Baden Balg and Rastatt, intends to procure and implement an emergency room information system ('NIS' for short) for the Baden-Baden Balg and Rastatt sites.
The system to be procured must be deeply integrated with the software solutions already in use; These include, above all, the patient-leading hospital information system ('HIS') iMedOne from the manufacturer Deutsche Telekom Clinical Solutions GmbH, as well as other relevant solutions such as the laboratory and radiology information systems (see the Interfaces/Medical Devices tab).
The software solutions currently in use are not to be replaced by the solution offered, but to be connected via suitable standard interfaces.
The NIS is to be introduced for all facilities/establishments as part of a joint project work. A uniform process model or implementation concept of the provider for all participating facilities/business premises is required to ensure that the functional framework of the NIS is uniformly implemented in the facilities of the hospital. In addition to the customizing discussions, which culminate in a technical concept, the introductory concept also includes consultations on the organizational framework in the hospital, insofar as this framework is relevant for the technical configuration of the HIS. The provider's implementation concept must therefore implement a homogeneous, central architectural approach, while taking into account the heterogeneous, site-specific characteristics in terms of structures and organization.
The offer must include all services required for a ready-to-use installation of the NIS in accordance with the scope of services in the catalogue of requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, the licenses, configured import/export interfaces, services for project management, organizational meetings and their documentation, the configuration of the software, the training of employees, necessary test procedures and their documentation, the provision of evidence and attestations insofar as they originate from the provider's environment, the accompaniment of live operation as well as the support of the project management of the SMEs in the acceptance process.
Further details on the scope of services and the provision of services can be found in the catalogue of requirements.
