As part of the subject of the order, the Ordering Party distinguishes between the basic order and optional orders.
The subject of the basic order is the purchase by the Ordering Party of:
• Services for the implementation and configuration of the Cloud Analytical Platform environment,
• Training of the Ordering Party's personnel for a period of 12 months,
• Service maintenance and technical support services as well as SLA for a minimum of 25 months
• FinOps services for a minimum of 25 months
• Cloud Credits enabling the use of the Cloud Analytical Platform environment for a minimum of 25 months according to the Ordering Party's needs.
Optional orders will include:
1) an optional order consisting of ordering an additional number of Cloud Credits
2) an optional order consisting of extending the duration of the Agreement
3) an optional order involving the commission of additional man-hours for development, technical advice, or support related to the conclusion of the Agreement.
The Ordering Party foresees granting similar orders consisting of purchasing additional services in the form of service maintenance, technical support, development, or provision of Cloud Credits for Research Projects if the level of interest in using the Platform by the Ordering Party's staff exceeds the values assumed in this order.
1. Similar orders may be granted within 3 years from the granting of the basic order to the current Contractor of the services.
2. The total value of the above orders shall not exceed 35% of the value of the basic (guaranteed) order covered by this Procedure.
3. The scope of similar orders may include the delivery of cloud credits not exceeding 35% of the price of the basic (guaranteed) order covered by this Procedure specified in the Contractor's offer.
4. Similar orders will be granted after conducting negotiations with the Contractor implementing the basic order, assuming that the negotiated conditions will not be less favorable for the Ordering Party than the conditions for implementing the basic order, with the reservation of changes related to the specificity of the given order/solution/functionality, valorization, and resulting from changes in legal regulations that occurred between the date of conclusion of the Agreement and the date of conclusion of the Agreement regarding orders for similar services as in the basic order.
5. Similar orders will be granted in the mode of free-hand order in accordance with Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law.

The implementation of the order aims to support processes achieving the project goals titled "Establishment of the Regional Center of Digital Medicine at the National Institute of Cardiology" funded under a grant from the Medical Research Agency based on agreement no. 2023/ABM/02/00013-00.
