3) delivery of technical and operational documentation related to the subject of the order,
4) provision of warranty documents issued by the manufacturer with the order, as well as any necessary cables, wires, connectors, etc. (if required for the proper functioning of the product),
5) cleaning of the premises after the installation and arrangement of the equipment,
6) conducting training for the indicated employees of the Ordering Party on handling the equipment (applicable for delivered items that require such necessity mentioned in the detailed description of the subject of the order),
7) transportation and insurance costs for the delivered equipment are borne by the Contractor,
8) all electrical components of the offered equipment must comply with the Polish power supply standard,
9) The Contractor will be responsible to the Ordering Party that they are authorized to market the software installed in the offered equipment and that the Ordering Party, due to the conclusion of the contract, will be authorized to use all software delivered with the offered equipment for standard use,
10) The Contractor is responsible for the entirety of the order, including its course and timely execution, quality, compliance with technical and quality conditions, and applicable legal regulations.

6) conducting training for designated employees of the Ordering Party on the use of the equipment (applicable to items supplied for which such a necessity is predicted in the detailed description of the subject of the order),

2. The scope of the contract includes:
1) delivery of brand new equipment (production year: 2024/2025), coming from current production and unused prior to the day of delivery, excluding necessary use for conducting tests for correct operation, coming from official distribution channels of the manufacturer, ensuring in particular the implementation of warranty rights of the equipment as specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ, along with their transport, delivery, and assembly (if applicable) and setting up in the location indicated by the Ordering Party,
2) supplying the necessary operating instructions in Polish (if applicable),
3) providing technical and operational documentation related to the subject of the order,
4) supplying warranty documents issued by the manufacturer, as well as any necessary cables, wires, connectors, etc. (if required for the correct functioning of the product),
5) cleaning the premises after assembly and installation of the equipment,
6) conducting training for designated employees of the Ordering Party on the use of the equipment (applicable to items supplied for which such a necessity is predicted in the detailed description of the subject of the order),
7) transport and insurance costs of the delivered equipment are borne by the Contractor,
8) all electrical elements of the offered equipment must meet Polish power supply standards,
9) The Contractor will be responsible to the Ordering Party for being authorized to introduce the software installed in the offered equipment into circulation and for ensuring that the Ordering Party, as a result of signing the contract, will be entitled to use all software delivered with the offered equipment for ordinary use,
10) The Contractor is responsible for the overall order, including its course and timely execution, quality, compliance with technical, quality conditions, and applicable legal regulations.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the order, the size, scope, type and amount of supplies, warranty conditions, service, technical parameters are specified in Annex 1 (parts 1-15) to the SWZ and in the Project of the contract in Annex 2 to the SWZ.
