The delivery will be carried out as part of project no. KPOD.07.02-IP.10-0093/24, titled: "Improving the Accessibility and Quality of Oncology Care through the Purchase of Medical Products and Devices and Modernization of the Infrastructure of Praski Hospital named after the Transfiguration of the Lord Sp. z o. o.", under funding D.1.1.1 "Development and Modernization of Infrastructure for Highly Specialized Care Centers and Other Medical Entities." The subject of the order is the replacement of the RIS system and the replacement and expansion of PACS servers with enhanced AI options, full integration with the hospital system, and the possibility for remote review and reporting of examinations.

Additional information:
1) Deliveries must be carried out using appropriate means of transport and secured during transportation.
2) Marking of delivered products, user instructions, product descriptions, labels (original) must be prepared in Polish.
3) The offered subject of the order must be a brand new product, admitted to circulation in the EU, complete and free from technical and legal defects, and must have the manufacturer's name, necessary markings required by regulations (CE). Moreover, both the subject of the order and its original packaging must include all other markings required by currently applicable regulations, if such are required.
4) All products from specific manufacturers define the minimum quality parameters and utility characteristics that products must meet to satisfy the requirements set by the Ordering Party, and serve only as a quality benchmark for the subject of the order.
5) By the provision concerning minimum quality parameters, the Ordering Party understands the requirements for goods specified in publicly available sources, catalogs, and manufacturers' websites. The examples of manufacturers’ names and products provided by the Ordering Party are solely to indicate the minimum expectations of the Ordering Party regarding the specific solution. Thus, the use of manufacturers' or product names is purely illustrative. When specifying the designation of a specific manufacturer (supplier) or a specific product, the Ordering Party also allows equivalent products with quality parameters and utility characteristics at least at the level of the indicated product, thereby recognizing any product with the indicated or better parameters. In such cases, the Ordering Party requires that appropriate documents be submitted to enable comparison of equivalent products to the requirements of the Ordering Party.
6) For the specified devices, the parameters provided are the minimum values. Any equipment with parameters better or higher than specified meets the requirements set by the Ordering Party. All devices must comply with all regulations regarding admission for use in Poland and possess appropriate documents confirming compliance with all necessary norms and guidelines that the aforementioned equipment should meet before being approved for use.
7) Whenever in this SWZ (especially in the description of the subject of the order) materials, devices, software, etc. are referred to with designations of trademarks, patents, or sources or specific processes that characterize products or services provided by a specific contractor, it is understood that such references are accompanied by the words "or equivalent". Designations and proper names of products are solely for describing the minimum technical parameters that these products should meet.
8) The equipment constituting the subject of the order must be brand new, of satisfactory quality, functional, free from physical defects, as well as any legal defects and claims of third parties, unused, and not used for exhibition purposes. By brand new, the Ordering Party understands products made from new components, without traces of damage, in the original packaging of the manufacturer, e.g. with visible logo, product symbol.
9) Delivery to the specified location includes carrying in, assembly, installation (connection) and all other costs related to the execution of the subject of the order according to the requirements set by the Ordering Party.
