The subject of the contract is the creation of a dynamic purchasing system for a period of 24 months to ensure the services of architects and designers for civil engineering. The scope of partial contracts will include the implementation of: - design work - designing civil engineering structures, the design documentation must include a zoning plan according to (§40c of Act No. 200/2022 Coll. on spatial planning) - the development and discussion with all relevant parties of all levels of project documentation according to Act No. 25/2025 Coll. Construction Act and on the amendment and supplementation of certain laws (Construction Act) as amended later (hereinafter referred to as the "construction act") and with reference to the transitional provisions § 84 of the construction act as well as according to Act No. 50/1976 Coll. on spatial planning and construction procedure (construction act) in the version valid until 31.03.2025, - ensuring the services of so-called “professionals” (i.e. experts in specific areas, such as surveyor, dendrologist, geologist, hydrologist, static designer, electrical installations, plumbing, and gas installations, etc. so that the complete project documentation meets the standards according to the law, - preparation of a bill of quantities with a unit price budget usable for public procurement; preparation of the bill of quantities and project documentation for the selection of the contractor (or service provider), which must be prepared in accordance with § 42 of the Public Procurement Act, i.e., if it refers to a specific product, etc., it is essential that the parameters of these products are described in minimum and maximum technical standards to enable the assessment of equivalent solutions, - ensuring so-called “engineering” throughout the entire process from the beginning of the development of project documentation until the completion of the construction; engineering includes communication and representation before all relevant parties and public administration bodies that affect the development of project documentation and obtaining a favorable decision in spatial and construction proceedings (especially building permits), or in proceedings regarding building intentions or notifications of construction and construction modifications, - ensuring expert author supervision (OAD) during the construction until its completion
