Description:
Delivery of a gas chromatography system including GC/MS, FID, and Pyrolizer for the Institute of Agrophysics in Lublin, with a minimum 12-month warranty requirement.

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a gas chromatography system (GC/MS +FID+Pyrolizer) for the Institute of Agrophysics of B. Dobrzański PAN in Lublin – 1 set.
2. The scope of the order includes the delivery of a gas chromatography system (GC/MS +FID+Pyrolizer) for the Ordering Party – 1 set.
The Ordering Party requires that the warranty period offered for the subject of the order is a minimum of 12 months. Offers with a shorter warranty period than specified above will be rejected.
Note! The warranty period is a criterion for evaluating offers in accordance with Chapter XVIII of the SWZ.

3. The name of the order mentioned in the title does not constitute a proprietary designation of the manufacturers/distributors of the products but is only a supplementary designation used by the Ordering Party.
4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.

The scope of the order includes the delivery for the Ordering Party: gas chromatography system (GC/MS +FID+Pyrolizer) – 1 set. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. MINIMUM REQUIRED TECHNICAL AND OPERATIONAL PARAMETERS: No. MINIMUM REQUIRED PARAMETER:
1. Gas chromatograph (GC) with autosampler with minimum parameters
1.1 Oven temperature range not less than +8oC above ambient temperature to at least 420 oC
1.2 Oven temperature ramp rate minimum 75oC/min
1.3 Cooling rate of the oven from 300 oC to 50 oC within 6 min
1.4 At least 20 temperature ramps in the oven during analysis
1.5 Accuracy of temperature setting in the oven: 0.1 °C
1.6 Ability to choose carrier gases: hydrogen, helium, nitrogen
1.7 Electronic control of flow and pressure settings with pressure accuracy of at least 0.01 psi
1.8 Indicator filter for the carrier gas connected to GC providing information in GCMS software indicating the need to replace the filter.
1.9 Ability to use columns 0.05 – 0.53 mm
2. Split/splitless injector (2 pcs.)
2.1 Maximum working temperature of the split/splitless injector: at least 400°C
2.2 Ability to set maximum split to at least 11,000:1
2.3 Repeatability of retention time <0.06 %
2.4 Pressure range at least 0-100 psi, with accuracy of 0.01 psi.
2.5 Flow settings range: 0–1200 mL/min for helium and hydrogen
3. Flame ionization detector FID
3.1 Sensitivity of the flame ionization detector < 3 pg C/s.
3.2 Maximum operating temperature at least 425 °C
3.3 Linearity range at least 107 (with a tolerance of -10%)
3.4 Data collection/sampling rate - at least: 500 Hz
3.5 Electronic control of pneumatics (air, hydrogen, make-up gas) with pressure settings accuracy no worse than 0.01 psi
3.6 Automatic ignition of the burner in case of extinguishment.
4. Single quadrupole mass spectrometer
4.1 Quadrupole mass analyzer rods with hyperbolic cross-section
4.2 Electron ionization (EI) with two filaments and automatic switching between filaments.
4.3 Mass range: at least from 1 to 1090 amu (atomic mass unit)
4.4 Ion source temperature adjustment to at least 300oC.
4.5 Mass stability - no worse than: +/_ 0.1 amu over 48h
4.6 Transfer line temperature adjustment to at least 350 degrees
4.7 Ability to adjust ionization source energy in a range of at least 10 – 240 eV
4.8 Detector
4.8a Detector – electron multiplier with triaxial geometry to eliminate noise
4.9 Mass spectrometer sensitivity in electron ionization (EI): Minimum detection level (IDL) no worse than 40 fg OFN
4.10 Ability to heat quadrupole in a temperature range of at least: 110 – 200°C to easily avoid contamination
4.11 Vacuum system – built-in turbo molecular pump with a capacity of at least 250 L/s (for helium) allowing for rapid vacuum achievement and an oil-sealed forepump.
4.12 Quadrupole mass analyzer made of quartz coated with noble metal for achieving high compatibility of obtained spectra with the library
4.13 Possibility of expanding with an EI ion source dedicated to working with pure hydrogen as a carrier gas (not causing undesirable hydrogenation reactions, resulting in incorrect identifications).
4.14 Physical scanning speed of the mass spectrometer at least 12,000 amu/sec
4.15 Maximum flow through the column 4ml/min
5. Software for GCMS system
5.1 Software for full control of the system (GCMS) and data processing - quantitative and qualitative with full user manuals in Polish
5.2 Software with the ability to precisely reproduce retention times by tuning the pressure at the column head using the pneumatic control module with the help of the GCMS control software
5.3 Computer spectrum library for GCMS type NIST 2023, no older than 2023
6. Automatic liquid sample feeder
(consisting of an automatic injector and tray)
6.1 Tray for at least 100 vials
6.2 Injection volume: from 0.5 l to a minimum of 50 l depending on the syringe used
6.3 Ability to use syringes in the range from 1 l to 100 l
6.4 Injector with a space for at least 15 vials
(including: 10 for solvents and 5 for waste)
6.5 Ability to program sampling depth
6.6 Ability to apply the standard addition method
6.7 Ability to set priority samples during sequential operation
7. Additional requirements:
7.1 High-temperature (400°C) septa, 50 pcs.
