1. The subject of the order is the purchase of an electronic anesthesia card license - EKZ, server license, and license for the operation of the Blood Report Module, along with implementation and dedicated IT equipment for the electronic anesthesia card at the Ordering Party's premises, in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Appendix No. 1 to this Specification, or equivalent solutions. In assessing the equivalence of solutions offered by the Contractor, the Ordering Party will evaluate the parameters of the infrastructure offered by the Contractor, comparing them with the parameters specified in Appendix 1 to the Specification.
2. Offers not containing the full scope of the subject of the order will be rejected.
3. The remaining conditions of the order are defined in the draft agreement, which constitutes Appendix No. 3 to this Specification. Funding of the order under the Project: “Modernization and expansion of the diagnostic infrastructure, combined treatment, pharmacotherapy, and pharmaceutical care for oncology patients at the Ludwik Rydygier Specialist Hospital in Krakow” as part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. Component D “Effectiveness, accessibility, and quality of the health care system”.
NOTE: The Ordering Party reserves the right to annul the procurement procedure in the event of non-allocation of funds that the Ordering Party intended to allocate for financing the order (art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law).
