The Clinics of the City of Cologne gGmbH (hereinafter referred to as AG) intend to acquire three ophthalmic surgical machines with phaco, vitrectomy, and laser support (hereinafter referred to as phaco machines) including accessories and maintenance under a lease arrangement. The lease period for all 3 phaco machines is 36 months. The necessary consumables must also be offered for the entire lease period. After the lease has expired, a purchase option for all 3 systems must be offered, which the AG is not obliged to take up.
