1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a holmium laser for urological procedures to the contracting authority's headquarters in accordance with the description and requirements specified in Attachment No. 1 to this specification.
2. Offers that do not include the full scope of the subject of the contract will be rejected.
3. Other conditions of the contract are defined by the draft agreement, which constitutes Attachment No. 3 to this specification.
Co-financing of the order under the Project: “Modernization and expansion of the diagnostic facilities, combined treatment, pharmacotherapy, and pharmaceutical care for cancer patients at the Specialist Hospital named after Ludwik Rydygier in Krakow” under the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan. Component D “Effectiveness, availability, and quality of the healthcare system”.
NOTE: The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement procedure in the event of non-allocation of funds that the contracting authority intended to use to finance the order (Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law).
