8) all electrical components of the offered devices must meet the Polish power supply standard,
9) The Contractor shall be responsible to the Ordering Party for being authorized to put into circulation the software installed in the offered devices and that the Ordering Party as a result of signing the contract will be authorized to use all software supplied along with the equipment for ordinary use,
10) The Contractor is responsible for the overall order, including its progress and timely execution, quality, compliance with technical, quality conditions, and applicable legal regulations in this area.

The scope of the subject of the order includes in particular: 1) the supply of a brand new device, from current production and unused prior to delivery, excluding the necessary use for conducting a test of correct operation, coming from official distribution channels of the manufacturer, ensuring in particular the exercise of warranty rights for the devices in the range specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ along with their transport, carrying in and assembly (if applicable) and installation at the location indicated by the Ordering Party, The term "brand new" used by the Ordering Party should in particular be understood as: 1.1) manufactured by the manufacturer of the offered equipment; 1.2) unmodified after leaving the production line; 1.3) not showing signs of interference in the factory version; 1.4) unused, 1.5) free from signs of use, fully functional, non-regenerated; 1.6) complete, free from structural, material, execution and legal defects, 1.7) technically efficient, safe, complete and ready for operation, and meeting safety standards applicable in Poland. 1.8) allowed for trade and use on the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with applicable legal regulations; 1.9) having an original specification, manufacturer's warranty card for the device. 1.10) having a serial number, producer's symbol The term "coming from current production" used by the Ordering Party should in particular be understood as a device/equipment produced no earlier than in 2025. 2) delivery along with the order of the required operating instructions (if applicable), 3) delivery of technical and user documentation related to the subject of the order, 4) delivery along with the order of warranty documents issued by the manufacturer, as well as all necessary cables, wires, connectors, etc. (if required for correct operation of the product), 5) cleaning up the premises after the installation and arrangement of the devices, 6) conducting training on the operation of devices for designated employees of the Ordering Party (for devices for which such necessity is provided in the detailed description of the subject of the order), 7) the Contractor bears the costs of transport and insurance of the supplied device, 8) all electrical elements of the offered devices must comply with Polish power standards, 9) The Contractor will be responsible to the Ordering Party for being authorized to market the software installed in the offered devices and for the fact that the Ordering Party due to the conclusion of the contract will be authorized to use all software delivered along with the offered equipment as part of normal use, 10) The Contractor is responsible for the overall order, including its course and timely execution, quality, compliance with technical, qualitative conditions and applicable legal regulations in this regard. 2. Warranty for part 18 of the order: The warranty period for the devices is a minimum of 12 months from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol. The Contractor is responsible for physical defects under the principles laid down in § 8 of the draft agreement. 3. 1.1) produced by the manufacturer of the offered equipment;
1.2) unmodified after leaving the production line;
1.3) having no traces of interference with the factory version;

5) cleaning the rooms after installation and distribution of devices,
6) conducting training on operating the devices for designated employees of the Ordering Party (for devices for which such necessity is foreseen in the detailed description of the subject of the order),
7) costs of transport and insurance of the delivered device shall be borne by the Contractor,
8) all electrical components of the offered devices must comply with the Polish power standard,
9) The Contractor will be responsible to the Ordering Party for being authorized to market the software installed in the offered devices and that the Ordering Party, as a result of concluding the contract, will be authorized to use the software supplied with the offered equipment for normal use,
10) The Contractor is responsible for the overall execution of the order, including its progress and timely execution, quality, compliance with technical, qualitative conditions, and applicable regulations in this regard.
2. Warranty for part 21 of the order:
The warranty period for the devices is at least 36 months from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol. The Contractor is responsible for physical defects under the terms specified in § 8 of the draft contract.
