The main objective of the contract is to provide consultancy for the successful implementation of the project 'Supporting Intermodality and Alternative Transport in Târgoviște Municipality'. The estimated value of the service contract is 850,420 lei excluding VAT. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information addressed by economic operators, 11 days before the deadline for submitting offers, in accordance with Article 161 of Law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and completions, corroborated with Article 27 paragraph (3) of Government Decision 395/2016 with subsequent amendments and completions, to the extent that these requests are addressed by the deadline of 17 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
