The contracting authority aims to carry out the public procurement for the award of the public procurement contract regarding the Supply of hardware and software equipment necessary for the implementation of the Integrated Information System within the project "Establishment of the eHealth and telemedicine system at the Buzău County Emergency Hospital," which includes the following:
Lot 1 – Supply of data center type hardware equipment, within which the following equipment will be purchased:

Lot 3 - Supply of Multifunctional type equipment, within which the following equipment will be purchased:

By implementing these activities, functionalities, and components related to the 4 lots, the aim is to achieve the general objective of this project, which is in line with the development strategy and contributes to fulfilling the specific objectives of the NATIONAL RECOVERY AND RESILIENCE PLAN, Pillar II: Digital Transformation, COMPONENT: 7 - Digital Transformation, INVESTMENT: I3. Establishment of the eHealth and telemedicine system, Specific investment: I3.3 - Investments in IT systems and digital infrastructure of public health units.

According to art. 160 para.(2) of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement (as amended by the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 107/2017), in conjunction with the provisions of art. 27 of Government Decision no. 395/2016, the contracting authority will respond to requests for clarifications (if they have been received in time), on the 15th day before the deadline established for submitting offers in the Participation Announcement.
