1. The subject of the contract is the creation of AI-supported technologies in medical diagnostics, therapy and research in order to ensure high quality healthcare in the Pomerania Euroregion.
The task consists of the following parts:
1) Package No. 1: Delivery of a scanner of pathomorphological specimens for obtaining digital images, Department of Pathology,
2) Package No. 2: Delivery of servers for storage and exchange of image data, IT and Information Security Department,
3) Package No. 3:
a) Delivery of software for IT servers for data collection and storage, IT and Information Security Department,
b) Delivery of post-processing software for breast and prostate examinations based on the artificial intelligence algorithm: AI (MG and MR), Department of Diagnostic Imaging and Nuclear Medicine,
4) Package No. 4: Delivery of software, server and workstation for automatic contouring of critical structures: organs and nodal areas, Clinical Department of Radiotherapy.
2. The scope of the subject of the order includes all activities necessary to ensure the proper use of the subject of the order for the ORDERING PARTY, including in particular transport (if applicable), assembly, commissioning, insurance at the expense of the CONTRACTOR of all elements of the subject of the order against the risk of accidental loss, destruction, damage, theft until the final acceptance protocol of the subject of the order is signed, including the time of transport (if applicable).
3. Place of the order: West Pomeranian Oncology Center in Szczecin at 22 Strzałowska Street.
4. Detailed scope of the subject of the contract:
1) With regard to Package No. 1: Delivery of a scanner of pathomorphological specimens for obtaining digital images, Department of Pathology:
a) delivery of a scanner of pathomorphological specimens for obtaining digital images,
b) delivery of additional equipment,
c) integration of the scanner with the IT system owned and used by the ORDERING PARTY in the Department of Pathology,
d) installation of the subject of the contract as well as its assembly and commissioning,
e) training of personnel in the use and operation of the offered subject of the contract, carried out at the ORDERING PARTY's headquarters for a maximum of 20 users,
f) 36-month warranty.
2) With regard to Package No. 2: Delivery of servers for storage and exchange of image data, IT and Information Security Department:
a) delivery of four (4) servers for storing and exchanging image data,
b) installation of the subject of the contract as well as its assembly and commissioning,
c) training of personnel in the use and service of the offered subject of the contract, conducted at the ORDERING PARTY's headquarters for a maximum of 4 users,
d) a guarantee for a period of 36 months.
3) With regard to Package No. 3:
A) Delivery of software for IT servers for data collection and storage, IT and Information Security Department:
a) delivery of software with a license; a term license for a period of 36 months,
b) installation and commissioning of software on dedicated servers of the ORDERING PARTY,
c) software user training – on-site training for a maximum of 4 employees of the IT and Information Security Department,
d) a guarantee for a period of 36 months.
B) Delivery of post-processing software for breast and prostate examinations based on the artificial intelligence algorithm: AI (MG and MR), Department of Diagnostic Imaging and Nuclear Medicine:
a) delivery of software with a license, a term license for a period of 36 months, for two mammography machines, MR (prostate) – an indefinite license for an unlimited number of workstations,
b) installation and commissioning of software,
c) software user training – on-site training for up to 22 employees of the Department of Diagnostic Imaging and Nuclear Medicine,
d) a guarantee for a period of 36 months.
4) Scope of Package No. 4: Delivery of software, server and workstation for automatic contouring of critical structures: organs and nodal areas, Clinical Department of Radiotherapy:
a) delivery of software for the system supporting the radiotherapy planning process – indefinite license,
b) delivery of the workstation,
c) delivery of the application server,
d) installation of the subject of the contract and its commissioning,
e) training of the staff in the operation of the delivered system at the time agreed with the user, on-site training at the ORDERING PARTY, number of people participating in the training: doctors – 22 people, physicists – 10 people, electroradiology technicians – 5 people,
f) 36-month warranty.

The purchase of the subject of the contract is co-financed under the Interreg VI A Cooperation Programme Mecklenburg - Vorpommern / Brandenburg / Poland 2021-2027, Project No. INT0100008, Priority – Activation of cross-border innovation potentials, Specific objective – P1_1.1: P1_1.1 Research and innovation.

Delivery of a scanner of pathomorphological specimens for obtaining digital images, Department of Pathomorphology.
With regard to Package No. 1: Delivery of a scanner of pathomorphological specimens for obtaining digital images, Department of Pathology:
a) delivery of a scanner of pathomorphological specimens for obtaining digital images,
b) delivery of additional equipment,
c) integration of the scanner with the IT system owned and used by the ORDERING PARTY in the Department of Pathology,
d) installation of the subject of the contract as well as its assembly and commissioning,
