The subject of this procedure consists of the acquisition of a complex of elements related to software solutions, along with hardware elements and an IoT (Internet of Things) system that will allow the transmission of data via a LoRaWAN connection to the central location, all elements will be referred to hereinafter as SDC (Digitalization Solution of the Commune). The Contracting Authority will respond clearly and concretely to all requests for clarifications according to the obligation stipulated in art.160 para(2) of Law 98/2016 amended by Government Emergency Ordinance 107/2017, which were requested at least 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. If the request for clarifications or additional information was submitted within the previously stipulated term, the responses from the contracting authority will be published in SEAP on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers.

The main objective of the digitalization project is to implement a complex of elements related to software solutions, alongside hardware elements and an IoT (Internet of Things) system that will allow the transmission of data via a LoRaWAN connection to the central location, all elements will be referred to hereinafter as SDC (Digitalization Solution of the Commune). Innovative modules, applications, and information systems will be implemented that will support the digital maturity of the UAT, modernizing the IT&C infrastructure through the implementation of new technologies, with a scalable, interconnected, and interoperable approach that will meet the needs of interaction between the citizens of the UAT and the City Hall, so that the activity, decisions, and development policies are more coherent, optimal, and cost-effective, with execution times and monitoring in favor of citizens. The description of the acquisition of the products subject to this open auction will be made according to the mentions in the specifications, the technical project, and the attached documentation.
