The present contract is a framework service agreement. This framework agreement concerns: • The execution of drilling with sampling, the establishment of piezometers with sampling, the analysis of soil and groundwater samples and reporting in the form of a detailed exploration study of the state of the soil, combined, of risk, soil remediation project, final evaluation as well as land quality report and the submission of these various studies to the competent authorities, etc. • Assistance on construction sites, particularly in the event of incidents with potential soil contamination and supervision of remediation works, etc. • Performing various other tasks that fall within the missions of the accredited experts in the management of contaminated soils as provided by the ordinance on the management and remediation of contaminated soils (consultation, cost estimation, financial guarantees ...)

The present contract concerns a framework agreement for services. This contract involves: • Drilling with sampling, piezometers with sampling, soil and groundwater samples analyzed and reported in the form of exploratory soil studies or detailed assessments, soil remediation and risk management proposals, final evaluation reports, as well as land quality reports and submitting these various studies to the relevant services, etc. • Assistance at construction sites, particularly in cases of incidents with potential soil contamination and supervision of remediation works, etc. • Performing a range of other tasks that fall within the duties of recognized soil remediation experts under the soil decree and the decree on traceability of soils (advice, cost estimates, financial guarantees, ...).
