1. The subject of the public procurement is the delivery of equipment for the needs of gastroenterology and the Operating Block of the Provincial Integrated Hospital in Elbląg for the implementation of the project titled "Modernization and development of oncological care at the Provincial Integrated Hospital in Elbląg" as part of the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan under Component D "Efficiency, Accessibility, and Quality of the Health Care System", Investment D1.1.1. "Development and modernization of the infrastructure of specialized care centers and other healthcare entities". Project number KPOD.07.02.IP.10-0016/24.
2. A detailed description (requirements regarding quantity and technical parameters/limits, guarantees, delivery and installation conditions, training of personnel) of the devices subject to this contract is specified in the respective technical specifications, which constitute Packages No. 1 to No. 11 included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
3. The presented technical parameters in the respective technical specifications are absolutely required under the risk of rejection of the bid.
