1. The subject of the contract is the successful delivery of multifunction devices to the organizational units of UWM in Olsztyn. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – description of the subject of the contract/price form. 3. The contracting authority allows the submission of equivalent offers in accordance with Article 99(5) of the PPL, however, the requirements and technical parameters specified by the contracting authority that define the subject of the contract are minimum conditions that the contracting authority will expect to be met. A contractor who refers to equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the solution offered by them meets the requirements specified by the contracting authority. In such a case, the contractor attaches to the offer a list of equivalent solutions along with its description or standards.
