The subject of this invitation to tender is the conclusion of a contract with several economic operators in accordance with Section 21 of the VgV. All contracts cover the same (entire) service content of this tender. To this end, the contracting authority conducts an open procedure in accordance with Section 14 (2) in conjunction with Section 15 (1) VgV. The contractors will receive contracts to advise and support the controlling department and the AI team on the introduction of an AI/ML-based solution in the controlling and knowledge management environment, as well as for other AI/ML-based issues, if necessary.

Consulting support in the procurement of an AI/ML solution for the gkvi.
Advice on the selection of an AI tool suitable for the requirements of the gkvi, support with a corresponding tender, advice and support in the implementation and use of the tool for the identified topics at the gkvi. The entire activity for the gkvi must also be fully documented.
