1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works involving the reconstruction of the tramway section on 1 Maja Street in Elbląg, from Słowiański Square to Constitution Square.
2. The scope of work covered by the contract includes, among others:
- reconstruction of 1 Maja Street on the section from Krótka Street to Constitution Square,
- reconstruction of the tram track from Krótka Street to Constitution Square with the construction of a barrier,
- reconstruction of the intersections of 1 Maja Street with Szpitalna Street and Godlewski Street,
- reconstruction of pedestrian crossings,
- construction of parking bays,
- reconstruction of drainage elements of the road and track system,
- reconstruction of gas networks,
- securing water supply networks,
- reconstruction and securing of power supply networks,
- reconstruction of switch control and heating installations,
- reconstruction of the stop platforms with adjustment of the platform edge positioning and linear drainage, equipping them with bus shelters and photovoltaic panels,
- restoration of the road surface along with sidewalks and bicycle paths,
- necessary reconstruction of technical infrastructure resulting from collisions with road and track infrastructure,
- execution of horizontal and vertical signage according to the final road traffic organization project,
- arrangement of road greenery.
3. The investment is being implemented with the participation of funds obtained under the project Eastern Poland European Funds 2021-2027 Action FEPW.03.01 Sustainable urban mobility, grant application no. FEPW.03.01-IP.01-0002/25 "Reconstruction and modernization of existing tram traction sections and purchase of tram rolling stock", contract no. FEPW.03.01-IP.01-0002/25-00 dated June 18, 2025.
