3D Surveying and Digitization Services.
The building of the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce is located in the city center of Hamburg. The Hamburg Chamber of Commerce is a meeting place for Hamburg's economy and is of great social importance. Built between 1841 and 1906, the building at Adolphsplatz 1 is characterised by the three large stock exchange halls and the arcades of the parts of the building surrounding them. The gross floor area is just under 27,000 m². Special conditions are building in existing buildings and monument protection. The Hamburg Chamber of Commerce is planning a 3D overall survey of the building construction with subsequent modelling of the building as a CAD 3D model for further investigations of the structural design of the building structure. The services of the survey are to be provided in 2024. The following services are to be offered for this purpose: 1. 3D recording of the building ? Complete capture of all parts of the building with a suitable and efficient laser scanning method. ? Preparation of the scan results and presentation of the results for visualization in a suitable viewer for independent use by the client. 2. Modeling of the building from 3D capture - evaluation of the scan results and creation of a 3D CAD model for further use by the design team of architects and engineers. The CAD specifications and details are listed in the bidding form or in the annexes. 3. Altitude measurements ? Calibration of existing height points and entry into the 3D CAD model. The high points are located in the basement and ground floor. Currently, there are 16 elevation points available as fixed elevation markers. ? Extension of the fixed height points (only egg measurement, the installation is carried out on a structural basis), entry into the 3D CAD model. 4. Hourly wage (list in the bidding form and in the fee form) It is planned to conclude a framework agreement for surveying work for 5 years with a publicly appointed surveying office for the services described.
