The target of the procurement is the unit-priced urban technology products of the City of Helsinki Urban Environment Division and their delivery. Products include lighting, columns, columns and switchboards. The client's goal is to conclude an agreement on unit-priced urban technology products with one supplier. The comparison is made on the basis of overall economic advantage. A more detailed description of the products is given in the annexes to the invitation to tender. The estimated value of the acquisition during the entire acquisition period (including possible option periods), excluding VAT, is EUR 20,000,000 and the maximum estimated total value of the acquisition is EUR 20,000,000. An electronic auction shall be held. Duration of procurement: The estimated start of the framework agreement is 1.4.2024 and ends on 31.03.2026 The Contracting entity reserves the right to extend the agreement with an option of two (2) years for the period 1.4.2026 - 31.3.2028.
