The procurement is conducted in the context of implementing the ICT infrastructure (equipment and software solution) at the Bacau Pneumoftiziology Hospital through the eHealth Digital Governance and Interoperability project, co-financed by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP), Pillar II “Digital Transformation,” Component “Digital Transformation,” Investment I3. “Establishment of eHealth and telemedicine system,” Specific Investment I3.3 “Investments in information systems and digital infrastructure of public health units.” The project significantly contributes to achieving structural reform, modernizing the information system in health, focusing on ensuring a modern operational infrastructure and interoperability, as well as enhancing staff competencies. The service package includes (1) software component: licensing services for access to the IT solution for digitizing non-clinical processes and the relationship with third parties - commercially available product to the provider at the time of offer submission, configuration/parameterization according to the needs of the Bacau Pneumoftiziology Hospital and in relation to (2) clinical and (3) non-clinical processes, as well as (4) professional training and related services (cloud hosting, administration, maintenance, and technical support). The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers/applications is 20 days. The Contracting Authority will respond once to clarification requests on the 10th day before the deadline for submission of offers.
