The objective of this order is a 60-month agreement for the on-demand of laser colour multifunction printers/departmental equipment1 (hereinafter referred to as "equipment") for rent, including
nationwide technical support. There is no provision for leasing or hire-purchase. In the monthly rental price (fixed costs) per printing device, in addition to the provision of the
Pressure equipment – including:
- Printing, copying and scanning technology as well as print management software,
- consumables such as toner (excluding paper),
- Replacement devices, spare and wear parts,
- Maintenance, service and support (including electronic
Device testing according to DGUV V32),
- Pick-up and delivery of all materials as well as arrivals and departures (ZUG locations).
- The takeover of the data carriers, including performance costs for the expansion to
End of contract or in case of device replacement. Alternatively, the data will be "securely" deleted on non-volatile storage media, i.e. the data will be overwritten 7 times, with the Contractor receiving proof of the successful deletion.
