The Mixed Union of the Grenoble Area (SMMAG) wishes to conclude two composite framework agreements (fixed part and order form part) regarding the Methodology and Conducting of Mystery Client Surveys on SMMAG's mobility services for the period 2026-2029. The contract is concluded for a duration of 2 years, renewable once for 2 years (4 years). The consultation includes the following two lots:
- Lot 1 - Peri-urban, with a fixed part and an order form part with a maximum amount of 30,000 euro(s) HT per period
- Lot 2 - Urban, with a fixed part and an order form part with a maximum amount of 50,000 euro(s) HT per period
Each lot will be subject to separate allocation. The contract provides the possibility of concluding a contract for similar services under the conditions specified in the CCAP. The indicated start date of the services is purely indicative; execution will start on the date of notification of the framework agreement.
