The Convergence Foods Biorefinery platform of the Laboratory of Reactions and Process Engineering (LRGP – UMR CNRS 7274), located at the IUT Nancy-Brabois site, wishes to equip itself with a high-performance liquid chromatography system coupled with a quadrupole mass spectrometer (HPLC-MS). This equipment will be used for the separation and characterization of biomolecules derived from chemical or enzymatic hydrolysis of plant raw materials.
