The project involves implementing and maintaining an AI-driven case management solution for the Medical-Industry Relations Service, including the creation of a new application and data transfer from the old system.

More specifically, it will involve:
- Providing the CNOM with an AI solution to automate the processing of certain cases within the Medical-Industry Relations Service (RMI)
- Maintaining this solution in operational conditions (preventive, corrective, and evolutionary maintenance)
- Creating a new application that will eventually replace the current application used by the CNOM
- Transferring data from the old application to the new one
- Maintaining the new application in operational conditions (preventive, corrective, and evolutionary maintenance)
