The subject of the public procurement contracts placed in the established DNS will be services consisting of ensuring safety geotechnical monitoring of the surroundings (hereinafter referred to as 'GTMO') of road construction works, particularly with a presumed value of construction costs exceeding CZK 1.5 billion excluding VAT or road construction works with mining activities. Safety geotechnical monitoring will be ensured before, and/or during, and/or after the completion of the construction implementation. This involves monitoring displacements and deformations of structures and terrain in the zone of influence, especially of technical and transport infrastructure constructions, surface constructions, underground constructions created by mining activities or activities carried out in a mining manner, monitoring landslides and surface deformations, as well as tracking the regime of underground and surface waters. It will include assessing the causal relationship of any negative developments of the monitored parameters with the ongoing or completed construction and proposing measures to minimize its impact on the monitored objects.
