The present single-award framework agreement aims for operational leasing of multi-brand company cars intended for executives, in application of the existing Car Policy at ORES, which is oriented towards the 'greening' of the fleet (100% electric). The size of the fleet of executive cars leased in the first half of 2024 was approximately 350 vehicles. The size of the fleet and the directives of the Car Policy evolve according to the company's policy and applicable regulations, so the fleet of executive cars could potentially rise to 400 vehicles in the future. The services associated with operational leasing, without being exhaustive, would include: Leasing support services: Tires, Maintenance and repairs, Assistance, Insurance, Replacement vehicle, Fuel and electric charging card, Web application for fleet managers; Mobility: Integration of charging stations, Alternative mobility solutions; Tailored advice: Fleet management, Consulting. These services must be widely accessible in Wallonia.
