The BWI is considering a framework agreement with an economic operator for subscription for the provision, operation, maintenance, and support of a standard electronic patient record (COTS) according to the gematik specifications as a SaaS solution for the introduction of the electronic patient record of the Bundeswehr (ePABw) through the negotiated procedure with a competitive participation according to § 11 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Alt. 2 VSVgV. The contract will be concluded for a term of up to seven years.
