For the former Rebstockbad, there was a need for action due to the age of the building and the structural condition. On the basis of the investigation of various development options for the site, the demolition and construction of a replacement new building, of comparable size to the existing building, was decided.
During the demolition of the existing pool, a research borehole was drilled to determine whether the use of geothermal energy could be considered for the project in question. Due to the positive results, this approach is now to be deepened and continued in planning.
The subject of this tender is therefore those planning services that are necessary to supply the Rebstockbad with geothermal energy.
