The subject of the contract is the procurement of a University Activity Management Platform (UMS) for the project “UAT’s Digital? - Digitalization of the University of Arts in Târgu Mureș for the transition to online education and preparation of students for emerging occupations in the creative industries” in accordance with the requirements of the award documentation and the specifications. The number of days for requesting clarifications before the deadline for submitting offers is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests on the 12th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
