Within the framework of the DigitalPact (Bayern dBIR), the municipality of Poing intends to procure IT services for schools, for which it is responsible for material expenses. The client is responsible for the material expenses of four primary and secondary schools. These are the Anni-Pickert-Grund- und Mittelschule (abbreviated: APS GS/MS), the Grundschule am Bergfeld (abbreviated: GSB) and Grundschule an der Karl-Sittler-Straße (abbreviated: GSKS). The schools are managed by different school administrations and are each located at their own locations in Poing. The school buildings are not structurally connected to each other. None of the schools has its own contact person or administrator for IT. The area of responsibility for this lies with the employees of the SG Z 2 Information and Communication Technology of the municipality of Poing.

The school IT will be procured in four (4) subject lots:
Lot 1: Interactive touch displays (display, carrier systems incl. cabling/materials and services)
Lot 2: IT hardware (workstations, monitors, document camera, laser printer, multifunction devices and mirroring hardware solution)
Lot 3: Tablet classes (tablet case with tablet, accessories and MDM software)
Lot 4: IT infrastructure (WLAN access points incl. cabling/material and service, firewall and server incl. service)
