The procurement concerns the comprehensive legal expert services required by the Veikkaus Group (hereinafter referred to as "Veikkaus"). The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the request for proposal and its attachments, especially in Attachment 1 "Description of the Subject Matter of the Procurement". The framework agreement includes six (6) areas, which are: • Area 1: Data • Area 2: Corporate Law • Area 3: Gambling & Competition • Area 4: Tax • Area 5: Corporate Restructuring & Transactions • Area 6: International Law Based on the tender competition, up to two (2) service providers will be selected for each of the areas 1-6. A bid can be submitted for up to three (3) areas, and the Provider can be selected for a maximum of three (3) areas. The maximum value of the framework agreement is €1,992,031 (excl. VAT). The contract period is estimated to start in 05/2025. The base contract period will be valid until March 31, 2027. The contract includes two (2) options for one (1) year extensions after this. The use of the option is decided by the Contracting Authority.
