Description:
Purchase and implementation of software platform for tracking instruments, implants, and consumables with central sterilization, pharmacy, and operating theatre integration, including services, user dashboard, and hardware.

The contract concerns the purchase of a software package/platform for tracing and logistical management of instruments and sets for the central sterilization department, implants and invasive medical devices for pharmacy, provided with a link to the Operating Theatre and outpatient activity (ophthalmology, MKA, Pain Clinic, etc.) of the Noorderhart, including the associated services (implementation, training, maintenance contract) and any delivery of the necessary hardware.
- Part 1: The software package allows tracking at set and instrument level, the instruments can be traced in the different areas of central sterilization, in the Operating Theatre, with the option to extend to consultations at a later stage, and in some specific medical departments (gastroenterology, urology, gynaecology,...). The instruments used are linked to the patient and the cycle data of the devices that are used during the reprocessing are automatically entered into the medical file (EPD).
- Part 2: The software package allows tracing and logistical management of implants and invasive medical devices (managed by pharmacy). The instruments and/or medical devices used are linked to the patient are automatically included in the medical file (EPD). The entire chain of consumption in the operating theatre and delivery in the operating theatre is included.
- Part 3: The software package provides follow-up in the entire logistics chain from all sub-processes (CSSD, pharmacy, operating theatre and central warehouse) to the patient, including other materials that do not require MDR.

The software offered should provide a user dashboard that can be consulted by all parties involved and provides insight into where each material is located in the logistics chain and which materials are on order. The solution offered must consist of software, a description of the necessary hardware and all possible licenses and services for the network that comply with the following principles:
-Scalable
- Central management of all components
- With a guarantee of quality and performance
- Long-term solution with a clear technical roadmap and a predictable financial model.
- The assignment includes the delivery, implementation, maintenance (both corrective, preventive and full-omnium) and the support of the users involved

In the first phase, the candidate suppliers are selected on the basis of the submission for the qualitative selection and the right of access to this contract. At this stage, all you need to do is fill in Annexes A, B and C. You do not have to submit a submission based on the listed award criteria or other parts of this contract. All you have to do is submit your application using the elements listed under the heading: Right of access and qualitative selection, annexes A, B and C. In the next stage, when launching a new competition, the tenderer can complete its tender for the elements declared as part of this contract (award criteria, annexes). This will be taken into account when awarding the tender in the relevant competition. Number of suppliers admitted to the second phase (request for tender): Cf. art. 138 of the Royal Decree on placement, the maximum of 4 best tenderers will be admitted to the competition (provided that there are sufficient suitable tenders) on the basis of the evaluation of the qualitative selection, the questionnaire in Annex C and the right of access.
In the 2nd phase, you will also be asked to complete the required documents regarding GDPR.
