1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the task entitled: "Delivery of specialized equipment" for the implementation of the task entitled: "Creation and support of the functioning of the Sector Skills Center in dental technology" - V.
2. The task is carried out within the framework of the Agreement on receiving support for the project from the development plan regarding the implementation of the project within the Competition entitled Creation and support of the functioning of 120 sector skills centers (BCU), implementing the concept of Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs).
3. Due to the extensive description - the detailed description of the subject of the order, delivery details, guarantees, etc., are included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Order – Technical Parameters (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ").
4. The subject of the order includes, in particular, the delivery of specialized equipment and facilities. The scope of the subject of the order includes the delivery to the Ordering Party's headquarters of new, non-showroom equipment, in particular: welding machine – 1 unit and laser welder – 1 unit.
5. The Contractor is required to attach to the OFFER in particular Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - OPZ / Technical parameters completed in accordance with the Ordering Party's requirements.
6. Failure to submit Annex No. 2 to the SWZ constitutes a lack of possibility to evaluate the offer and thus the basis for rejecting the offer from the proceedings.

8. The delivered subject of the order must have operating instructions in Polish (and if required), possess the relevant documents referred to in the SWZ, and must be covered by at least the warranty period - specified for the given device, equipment, facilities, as specified in Annex No. 2.
The Ordering Party plans to apply the provision of Article 139 of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. first carry out the examination and evaluation of offers, and then qualify the entity whose offer has been the highest evaluated, regarding the absence of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
Note: The Contractor is not obliged to submit along with the offer a declaration of non-exclusion, fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings, referred to in Article 125 (1) of the Public Procurement Law (i.e. JEDZ).
COMPLETION TIME OF THE ORDER
2.1. The Contractor is obliged to complete the order within a period of up to 30 days from the date of signing the contract.
2.2. The Ordering Party requires a warranty period for the subject of the order, in accordance with the period indicated in the detailed description of the subject of the order for the given device. The warranty period is counted from the day of signing the acceptance protocol of the subject of the contract, subject to the provisions of the SWZ.
2.3. The Ordering Party requires a period of liability for the subject of the order in accordance with the warranty period granted for quality.
