This scanner is the only source of radiological images used for radiotherapy treatment planning and dose calculation; This applies to all pathologies. This scanner must be capable of performing 4D scans by maximizing the reduction of respiratory artifacts and it must have the latest generation of metal artifact reduction algorithm.
Perimeter
The subject matter of this contract is a turnkey project and includes the following items to be paid by the successful tenderer:
1. Dismantling and take-back (trade-in price to be proposed by the bidder) of the existing equipment (Toshiba Aquilon LB Scanner)
2. Preliminary work required in examination and control rooms (includes dismantling, reinstallation, recalibration of lasers, surface imaging cameras (as required) - IGRT)
3. Supply, delivery, hardware and IT installation, commissioning and testing of the new equipment and its possible options
