Implementation of a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as "DPS"). The DPS is time-limited to 2 years and open to all suppliers throughout its duration. The subject of the public procurement contracts awarded under the DPS includes various types of paper and self-adhesive labels.
The DPS will be divided into the following categories according to the subject of the public procurement contracts:
Category No. 1 – Sheet Paper and Postcard Board
Category No. 2 – Self-Adhesive Labels
Category No. 3 – Offset Paper
Category No. 4 – Paper Rolls for Inkjet Printing

LOT-0001
Category No. 1 Sheet Paper and Postcard Board.
Supplies primarily of sheet office paper without pre-printing, both white and colored, in various formats and grammages; unprinted sheet paper for industrial machine processing, suitable for subsequent printing on laser and inkjet printing lines, as well as processing on envelope lines and postcard board for full-color laser printing, including transportation, packaging, and handling at the place of performance.

LOT-0002
Category No. 2 Self-Adhesive Labels.
Supplies primarily of self-adhesive labels (stickers) in white, without pre-printing, in various sizes, mainly supplied in A4 format, primarily intended for printing on laser printers, including transportation, packaging, and handling at the place of performance.

LOT-0003
Category No. 3 Offset Paper.
Supplies primarily of offset paper, both scoring and non-scoring, self-copying paper, in various grammages, suitable for subsequent printing on offset production printing lines, including transportation, packaging, and handling at the place of performance.

LOT-0004
Category No. 4 Paper Rolls for Inkjet Printing.
Supplies primarily of unprinted tabulating paper for industrial machine processing in various grammages, suitable for subsequent printing on inkjet printing lines and processing on envelope lines, supplied in rolls, including transportation, packaging, and handling at the place of performance.
