The Municipality of Pylos-Nestor is willing to adopt digital applications and intelligent actions, aiming to transform into a “smart city”, through the development and use of new technological means that will improve the management and functionality of the urban environment. As a “smart city”, the Municipality will be a place where traditional services will become more efficient, utilizing digital technologies and telecommunications for the benefit of residents, visitors, and businesses.

LOT-0001
Organization of Traffic Office and Management of Municipal Vehicle Fleet.
This concerns a platform for monitoring and managing the entire fleet of vehicles of a Municipality with the installation of a modern telematics unit and a display within the vehicle (wherever the installation of the display is possible/functioning) and connection to central management software. With the use of the platform, real-time tracking of vehicle movements and routes undertaken will be achieved, monitoring compliance with scheduling and route execution, as well as significant fuel savings.

LOT-0002
Supply of Smart City/Municipality Guide with Recording of Local Businesses and Highlighting Offers.
The platform concerns the creation of a central information and communication point between local businesses and the Municipality where the image of businesses in the Municipality's services is recorded, while businesses present either summarized or detailed their products and services with periodic updates. The platform will have mechanisms to measure the use of the provided information with analysis and data processing capabilities within the limits of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Electronic document circulation and digital signatures system.
The Electronic Document Repository Information System will constitute a comprehensive solution for digital archiving and document management with extensive search capabilities using filters. It will gather all documents from the Municipality's organizations and services, including decisions from municipal councils, financial committees, municipality organizations, extracts of laws, judicial decisions, circulars from ministries and supervisory authorities, internal documents such as employee proposals and committees' minutes. Additionally, the repository will be able to archive other types of content beyond documents.

LOT-0004
Electronic payment system.
The electronic payment service for certified and non-certified debts is a modern next-generation online solution based on open standards. The aim of the service is to provide citizens and businesses with personalized information and the ability to pay debts through debit and credit cards and e-banking. Through integration with the debts system of the financial management installed in the organization, citizens will have the opportunity to view and settle certified and non-certified debts for registered users. Identification is done through taxisnet credentials and provides direct access to the debtor's file according to the user's VAT number. The service can be used entirely without any physical presence at the Municipality.

Provision of telemedicine systems to vulnerable groups for remote diagnosis.
The aim of this specific project is to provide organized and systematic primary social and nursing care from specialized scientists and trained personnel to non-self-sufficient citizens, elderly individuals, and persons with disabilities, prioritizing those living alone.

LOT-0006
Smart warning and risk management system (flood phenomena, fire, earthquake, etc.) within the municipality's boundaries and according to their responsibilities.
The proposed solution for warning and managing critical situations regarding floods, air pollution, fires, and extreme weather phenomena should implement a complete prevention and support system during crisis phenomena. Through the utilization of innovative sensors, software, and advanced algorithms, the solution will be suitable for the early detection of events, immediate notification of stakeholders, and the best and most coordinated handling of problems. Specifically, the solution should include the following parts:
• Air quality and environmental parameters monitoring station
• Station for measuring and monitoring water levels and flow
• Fire detection system with cameras for more comprehensive monitoring
• Cloud management platform
• Mobile phone application

LOT-0007
Electronic Budget Consultation System, Technical Program.
The system will allow the Municipality to conduct consultations with citizens via the internet. Citizens can comment, engage with the municipal authority, propose, and respond to questionnaires on matters related to the Municipality through authentication. As a result, the citizens' proposals will be published based on the most popular choices.

LOT-0008
Electronic Consultation System for Regulatory Decisions.
The application facilitates the creation of a Meeting, defining issues, the order in which the issues will be discussed, as well as the Decisions that have been made. The strong search process allows for the quick finding of a decision and its sending to another service. Decisions are linked to templates and further simplify the drafting of a decision, as the application automatically updates many of the document's elements.
• Consultation via a web application that will be installed on the Municipality's website
• Ability for the public to select the audience to which the Municipality addresses, publicity of the consultation through social networks and the Municipality's website, User Mobile Application, Web App

LOT-0009
Comprehensive infrastructure protection against cyber attacks (Network Firewall, Endpoint security, etc.) and provision of telecommuting system.
The software of this category concerns a multitude of applications that can be provided as a whole or in part, aiming for effective protection of the authority both within the framework of this specific funding action and more broadly. Protection concerns all digital activity, namely
• The authority's network
• The authority's servers
• The authority's applications, especially those with public access
• The users' endpoints
For telecommuting systems, the platform should provide remote access/work to authorized employees through corporate or personal computers, only to applications and data they are permitted to access and only after their successful validation as authorized system users.

LOT-0010
Electronic invoicing.
The electronic invoicing system is a necessity for Local Authorities according to existing legislation in the context of executing public contracts. Minimum Project Requirements:
• Utilization of web services provided by KED for a) receipt of invoices, b) receipt of services from contracting authorities and financial services' registry, c) sending messages to suppliers,
• Implementation of functionality and workflows of systems (indicative: display of HT, checking basic elements of HT, associations of HT with commitments/payment orders, matching codifications for the automatic import of HT into the system, updating the issuer of HT on the status, reporting, etc.)
• Services for analysis, customization, and installation of the system.
• Services for adapting workflows to the organizational chart of the body.
