1. The scope of the order mainly includes:
a) Delivery and assembly of small architecture such as: benches, garbage bins, chess tables, bicycle racks, pergola, trampolines embedded in the ground, information boards
b) Construction: fencing, pedestrian walkways
c) Planting of high and low greenery along with maintenance during the warranty period.

3. Accessibility for people with disabilities
The subject of the order must be adapted to the needs of all users of the facility. The contracting authority requires ensuring accessibility to support social integration, particularly by designing the investment area in a way that allows use by people with disabilities, including those using wheelchairs.
As part of the implementation of the investment, it is necessary to:
• ensure appropriate widths of pedestrian paths - the minimum width of obstacle-free pedestrian paths should be 1.8 m;
• limit the height of all thresholds, steps, and curbs to a maximum of 2 cm;
• apply solutions that enable all users to move freely and safely, in accordance with applicable laws, technical standards, and universal design principles.
The subject of the order must meet the requirements regarding applicable regulations, including the standards resulting from the Order No. 1682/2017 of the President of the Capital City of Warsaw from October 23, 2017, on creating accessible space in the capital city of Warsaw, including pedestrian infrastructure with particular regard to people with limited mobility and perception as amended by the orders of the President of the Capital City of Warsaw No. 291/2018 from February 23, 2018, No. 1783/2022 from December 1, 2022, and No. 682/2023 from April 11, 2023, as well as the appendices to this order: “Accessibility Standards for the Capital City of Warsaw” hereinafter referred to as “Accessibility Standards”, which constitute Attachment No. 1 to the order; “Design and Execution Standards for Pedestrian Infrastructure in the Capital City of Warsaw” hereinafter referred to as “Pedestrian Infrastructure Standards”, which constitute Attachment No. 2 to the order.
4. The detailed description of the subject of the order is defined by:
4.1 Draft provisions of the contract, which will be incorporated into its content – constituting Attachment No. 2 to the SWZ;
4.2 A detailed description of the subject of the order, which is the project documentation, consisting of:
- Project of Land Development (PZT) - Attachment No. 9a to the SWZ;
- Technical Specification for Execution and Acceptance of Works (STWiOR) - Attachment No. 9b to the SWZ.
NOTE:
The contracting authority referred to standard requirements in the detailed description of the subject of the order, i.e. Project Documentation of the Land Development Project (PZT) - Attachment 9a to the SWZ and Technical Specification for Execution and Acceptance of Works (STWiOR) - Attachment 9b to the SWZ mentioned above. If the Contractor offers a solution that does not comply directly with the reference standards described in the project documentation (Attachment 9a to the SWZ and Attachment 9b to the SWZ), it is the Contractor's obligation to indicate equivalent standard(s) in the bid form and to prove, in particular by means of the evidence referred to in articles 104-107 of the Public Procurement Law, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements set forth in the procurement documents to an equivalent degree. In such case, the relevant documents referred to in point 24.7 SWZ must be submitted by the Contractor along with the bid.
