Parking Meters.
The municipality of Gooise Meren wishes to replace the existing parking meters, which are technically outdated and increasingly show malfunctions, with new, modern meters that meet current and future payment and parking needs (such as debit card, contactless payment and other digital payment options).

With this procurement, the municipality aims to contract a reliable and future-proof partner who will be responsible for:

• the delivery, placement, and commissioning of the new parking meters;
• the structural second-line management and maintenance of the meters;
• the coordination and execution of the agreements in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
The contractor will oversee the project regarding the removal of the existing meters and the placement of the new ones, in close collaboration with the municipality.

By replacing and modernizing, the municipality aims to ensure the continuity of services to parkers and implement the established parking policy. Consideration is also given to a possible future expansion of paid parking, for which the agreement allows room for optional additional supplies and flexibility in maintenance. Initial replacement:
• 40 parking meters in Bussum and surroundings.
• 5 parking meters in Muiden.
• Total: 45 meters.
Optional expansion:
• An expected 35 additional meters.
• Total potential: 80 meters.
