1. The subject of the procedure is to define the framework conditions for granting and executing Executive Orders during the term of the Framework Agreement. 2. The Contracting Authority, within the framework of the Executive Agreements, will purchase AI Laboratory Sets in the number of 12 thousand Sets (including 8 thousand for primary schools and 4 thousand for secondary schools) in accordance with the Detailed description of the subject of the order (hereinafter SOPZ), included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority plans to conduct Executive proceedings, according to the delivery area, which has been divided into 73 territorial units according to the NUTS 2021 classification (NUTS 3).
