Description:
Consistent delivery of various multifunctional devices to the organizational units of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn is required, with the option for equivalent solutions as specified in the detailed description.

1. The subject of the order is the consistent delivery of multifunctional devices to the organizational units of UWM in Olsztyn.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is indicated in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - description of the subject of the order/pricing form.
3. The Ordering Party allows for the submission of equivalent offers in accordance with Article 99(5) of the Public Procurement Law, however the requirements and technical parameters specified by the Ordering Party for the subject of the order are minimum conditions that the Ordering Party will expect to be met. The Contractor who refers to equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the solution offered meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. In such a case, the Contractor attaches to the offer a list of equivalent solutions accordingly along with its description or standards.
