The subject of the procurement procedure is technical consulting services for the procurement of suburban train vehicles, including the professional preparation and execution of the procurement procedure "Vehicle Procurement/Manufacturing BR 491 (Project Designation)" concerning the technical requirements and equipment of the vehicles, number of vehicles (vehicle demand 112 vehicles + X, number of optional vehicles), scope of the tender (basic scope: conception, development, design, construction, and delivery of the vehicles). Based on existing documents, a specification for vehicle manufacturing and optionally requirements for maintenance will be developed. In this context, market research will be conducted with manufacturers to consider their experiences and suggestions.
