1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 1.5 Tesla Magnetic Resonance Imaging with Artificial Intelligence, along with modernization works (construction and installation) - adaptation of the MRI laboratory and modernization of the patient anesthesia room in the MRI laboratory at the Multi-Specialist Hospital SP ZOZ in Nowa Sól.

2. The Ordering Party has divided the subject of the order into parts and included the respective parts in the procurement plan for the year 2025. The individual parts are announced according to the procurement plan in subsequent tender procedures.

3. The description of the subject of the order is specified in Attachment No. 1 to the SWZ.

4. The scope of the order includes delivery to the Ordering Party's premises, unloading, carrying into the rooms indicated by the Ordering Party, modernization of the rooms, assembly, installation, integration with the hospital's IT systems, commissioning, and conducting training for operation.

5. The modernization of the rooms in the magnetic resonance laboratory is defined in Attachments 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d:

a) Attachment No. 1a - layout of the rooms of the Magnetic Resonance Laboratory at the Hospital Radiology Department WS SPZOZ in Nowa Sól.

b) Attachment No. 1b - design documentation regarding the installation opening.

c) Attachment No. 1c - archival documentation - adaptation of rooms for the establishment of the Magnetic Resonance Laboratory.

d) Attachment No. 1d - post-implementation documentation for sanitary purposes, adaptation of rooms for the establishment of the Magnetic Resonance Laboratory.
