This procurement aims to contract one Contractor for the provision of engineering services related to the demolition, renovation, and optimization of the Gouda Treatment Plant. After the completion of the Project, the Treatment Plant must comply with all applicable laws and regulations without major maintenance for a period of fifteen years after delivery.

The Assignment involves all advisory services necessary to achieve this Project outcome.

In addition to the necessary work, the Project also provides opportunities to implement optimizations and further develop existing innovations. However, these must not come at the expense of promptly achieving the Project result.
