The consultancy that the City of Antwerp has in mind with this assignment is guidance and support for the further development and/or creation of mobility services in the broadest sense of the word, in particular the Marketplace for Mobility. Among other things, the aim is to encourage entrepreneurs to offer their services and products more intensively or for the first time in Antwerp, especially in the areas most affected by road works. In order to limit the risk of traffic congestion as much as possible, the city of Antwerp, in collaboration with a broad group of mobility providers, wants to reduce the number of daily traffic movements of motor vehicles as much as possible. In this way, individuals or companies can move or transport goods in a smarter, more innovative and more reliable way. The City of Antwerp, itself and with a broad group of mobility providers, wishes to reduce the daily car and/or freight journeys on the road and wants to be able to call on additional expertise for the 'Smart ways to Antwerp' project team through this public contract
