1. Name of the order: Purchase of Artificial Intelligence (AI) environment.
2. The subject of the order is divided into two parts, which are described in Chapter 4 of the Terms of Reference (hereinafter: "SWZ").
3. A detailed description of the subject of the order as well as the conditions and rules for the execution of the order are specified in the Draft Contractual Provisions, which constitute Attachment No. 5 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "PPU", for each of the two parts of the order:
3.1. Attachment No. 5A to the SWZ – PPU Part I – Purchase of servers for artificial intelligence (AI);
3.2. Attachment No. 5B to the SWZ – PPU Part II – Management platform for artificial intelligence (AI).

Part I - Purchase of servers for artificial intelligence (AI).
1. The subject of the order under Part I is*:
1.1. purchase and delivery to the Ordering Party's Location of Equipment along with the installed system software and necessary licenses to use the system software in the quantity necessary to implement the Equipment;
1.2. providing technical support from the manufacturer;
1.3. granting by the Contractor a quality guarantee for the delivered Equipment along with the installed system software for the Ordering Party.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order for Part I is presented in the "Customer Requirements", which constitute Attachment No. 1 to the PPU (Attachment No. 5A to the SWZ – PPU Part I – Purchase of servers for artificial intelligence (AI)).

Part II – Management platform for artificial intelligence (AI).
1. The subject of the order under Part II is*:
1.1. the execution by the Contractor of the Technical Design along with the transfer of ownership rights to the Technical Design and derivative rights;
1.2. purchase and delivery to the Ordering Party's Location of Software and detailed conditions of the Software License Subscription, as well as granting by the Contractor to the Ordering Party a Software License Subscription for the use of the Software for a period of 36 months along with the delivery of documents issued by the Software Manufacturer confirming the granting of the Software License Subscription;
1.3. ensuring by the Contractor the Activation of the Software License Subscription performed by the Manufacturer, in the service systems of the Manufacturer;
1.4. execution by the Contractor of installation and implementation services;
1.5. conducting by the Contractor post-implementation workshops for a maximum of 6 employees of the Ordering Party, as well as transferring ownership of the media on which training materials were recorded and granting necessary licenses for the works contained in the training materials;
1.6. execution by the Contractor of Post-Execution Documentation along with the transfer of ownership rights to the Post-Execution Documentation and derivative rights;
1.7. providing Service Provision by the Contractor;
1.8. providing Consulting Services;
1.9. granting by the Contractor a 36-month warranty for the performed installation and implementation services, including the delivered Software.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order for Part II is presented in the "Detailed Description of the Subject of the Agreement", which constitutes Attachment No. 1 to the PPU (Attachment No. 5B to the SWZ – PPU Part II – Management platform for artificial intelligence (AI)).
