The subject of the performance is the elaboration of an updated risk analysis with extensive exploratory work in order to verify the current extent of contamination of the unsaturated and saturated zone and subsequently to analyze the risks arising from them for human health and ecosystems.
The main objectives of the exploration work are as follows:
• detailed mapping of the rock environment, thickness, composition and contamination of anthropogenic landfills, Quaternary sediments, or underlying rocks
• Construction of facilities for monitoring qualitative and quantitative parameters of shallow Quaternary aquifers (Quaternary sediments or anthropogenic backfills)
• Verification of underlying rocks and possible contamination of the upper parts of the underlying rocks
• Verification of the level and quality of groundwater, including relevant verification of hydraulic parameters of the rock environment
• Exploration objects are designed in such a way that it is possible to realistically assess ClU pollution in the saturated zone
• Complement the data on groundwater flow, while the data will also be used for a mathematical model of groundwater flow
• To monitor the quality of surface water and sediments
• Perform flow measurements
The additional survey will be evaluated by the final report, on the basis of which a mathematical model and an Update of the risk analysis will be processed.
Part of the subject-matter of performance is the elaboration of the implementation project, which must not change the subject-matter of performance defined by the project documentation, which is Annex No. 3 to the Act, but will specify and specify it with regard to the method of execution of the contract by the contractor. The implementation project will specify, among other things, preparatory work, drilling work, hydrodynamic tests, sampling work, geodetic work, laboratory work. After its approval, the prepared AAR will serve as a basis for the eventual issuance of a decision by the Czech Environmental Inspectorate, based on an application submitted by the acquirer.
